The pre-workout thread on here made me realize that most of you don't know dick about shit about supplements

I do, working in the industry with formulators etc

So ask me stuff, or don't

Vitamins and minerals from food vs pills.
What are your thoughts?

nah im good

Saw utoob vid last night the guy said all supplmends are bumb and not worth muney just eat food. Care to comment on my comment?

What is the best pwo? Also, what do you think of yohimbine and other otc fat burners?

So is creatine a pre or post workout supplement? I've heard it doesn't matter either way, but...

If all you eat is chicken breast and Pringles, multis won't make up for that.
If you eat "pretty good" a multivitamin will make that better.

Multis can't replace a good diet for a variety of reasons, but they aren't "expensive piss" like a lot of people dismiss them as. It's also worth the money to get at least a mid-grade multi vs dollar store wares, as many vitamins/minerals have more bioavailable or absorbable forms that get skimped on with the cheap stuff (cyancobalamin vs methylcobalamin, etc)

What do you want out of a pwo? Energy? Focus? Ergogenic effects? A pump? All of the "best" products are pretty specialized.
Most OTC fat burners aren't worth it, they either don't get into the ingredients that actually do anything at all, or they microdose them.
If you're average weight and want to get leaner, look into "Chaos" by Apollon Nutrition. If you're fat and want to get average, you'd be better off with a GDA than a real fat burner. Look into Predator by Chaos & Pain.
Literally does not matter. Take it every day until you die.
