What protein brands are best if I’m looking for a clean flavorless protein powder? I’m in burgerland.

Thoughts on nutritional yeast as a natural supplement? Two tablespoons have 8 grams of protein and a bunch of b-vitamins. I add a little vinegar, lite salt (potassium and sodium), pepper and hot water, drink it like a broth before my workout.

I don't really have any brands I'm loyal to for unflavored proteins, but look for isolates. Unflavored whey concentrate tastes like cheese, unflavored whey isolate doesn't taste like much at all.
Man MK-677 is definitely not a supplement and you know it.
But it doesn't do shit to your testes, it doesn't do anything to your endocrine system, it is """safe""" to run for as long as you want and to stop without need for PCT.

What form of magnesium is best, I've heard mag glycinate or malate, citrate is good too but apparently gives u the shits. What about l glycinate for sleep and recovery? Last one is the infamous nootropic stack l-theanine (powder?) and caffeine pills?

Glycinate is good. Very bioavailable. I personally think Life Extension Magnesium Caps are a pretty good way to go if you're just trying to correct a deficiency, like if you're doing keto or something.
L-theanine and caffeine is pretty good. Essentially the l-theanine takes the edge off the caffeine so you get the increased alertness and mood without any jitteriness or racing heart, if that's a thing caffeine gives you. Personally I like using it so I can take MORE caffeine. 300mg l-theanine with 450-500mg caffeine before a workout, maybe add 3 grams of tyrosine and 2g of taurine, extremely good preworkout for cheap.

How long should i take off of pwo and caffeine in general to get my tolerance back to normal, if thats even possible. Or can i stay running pwo till my heart explodes
