Is there a difference health wise between infra-red and standard?
What temp is ideal?
What does the sauna do for you that's good?
What does the sauna do for you that's bad?

I don't have a clue about any of that. Mine just had a heater and rocks in it but I did it to relax after going hard in the gym, especially on leg day. If I don't do something after heavy squats to relax the leg muscles, my legs are too restless to sleep.
