Nah, It’s a great ARPG with lots of cool mechanics and amazing PvP. Meanwhile Dark Souls is good and Dark Souls 3 is decent, but both games need a lot more soul.

I liked them all despite all the souls games having pretty serious issues. sekiro and bloodborne had some problems, but overall they're much stronger titles by far.

i finished desouls and all darksouls. bloodborne combat feels too fast, the color palate is fucking dreadful. hate it

never played Sekiro but beat DaS, BB and DS3; what do I need to know about Sekiro's combat if I want to be any good?
I've heard that parrying a lot and standing in front of the enemy is ideal, and not dodging a lot helps, but maybe I'm wrong

DS2 is really fun. I like the weapon variety and level design. Also Ivory King and Looking Glass knight are two of the coolest bosses in the Souls franchise.

Sekiro is more about memorizing attacks than anything else. It's basically a rhythm game. I'm not saying that to criticize it, it's just nothing like Dark Souls or Bloodborne.

The Souls series in general is shit. This is a series that rides on its presentation and atmosphere considering the gameplay is kiddie shit that only actual retards think is deep or interesting. Sekiro is the only worthwhile game Miyazaki has ever made.

Playing DS2 for the first time ever myself and while it's definitely more frustrating and feels less polished or well designed than 1 and 3 it's still a wonderful game. Just got to the poison mines area and fucking hell does it seem pointless and annoying to carry on but i'm still loving it too.
The amount of reliance on tertiary items like pharros stones and the depetrification twigs is also frustrating and seems like a shitty mechanic but still it's an enjoyable enough game.
