That she does. She's surprisingly free of fanservice, despite her appearance, dress, and her status as the closest thing to a love interest in the game.

Not stupid but rather I imagine him friendly to most non-threats which separates him from both Laurentius and Quelana in manner. Still a good guy. Not as egotistical as Gough (who I still love).

Wouldn't say Quelana is very respectful from the beginning though she is absolutely best DaS1 girl

I swear I'm alone here but Oswald seems not an unfriendly Souls NPC despite...things, otherwise he would not be where he is doing what he is doing... Also, Lothi- Creighton, I mean. Dubious still.

She's as open though and ultimately accepting (again, not for conditions you caused or bear) so she's better than many.

Was Oswald the priest in 1 or 2? So many people forget about them as characters.
