Anyway, instead of relying on generalized quotes, you should try to research into what you're saying. It's just so strange to see people use quotes to justify their opinions and shit. Most quotes I've seen try to find an absolute truth-- and on humans, which is even worse because opinions diverge a LOT. Truth is subjective.
But yes, even you could write a scraper if you gave a few days to learn syntax of some language. Most of it is provided in standard libraries/frameworks.
