What is the latest game from SquareEnix/Squaresoft you can describe as having "good writing"?

You might not like them in terms of plot but in terms of writing, FF Tactics and FFXII are the strongest in the series by far. Even the localizers came forward to say they've never seen writing like this coming from Japanese games.
