So what exactly is the appeal of this game except for atmosphere? I played for an hour it's same shit over and over again.
Find three clues that require you to straight up run (while killing easy as fuck PvE monsters), then you go for the bossfight which is disuputably easy, and maybe fighting some other shmucks on your way out.
Rinse and repeat.
No loot in the houses, why would I even want to check the buildings out? Camp fest when it comes to PvP.
No, really - does it get better with unlocking skills or something? There's ZERO replayability I am seeing here.
I mean, there's only 3 bosses and like 7 easy monsters. Seriously, what's the replayability here?
Blake Hughes
replayability obviously comes from pvp, the pve elements the game has are only there to spice things up, bosses to get players together, mobs to make you play more careful if you want to sneak up on others, or even use them to your advantage pvp should only be about camping if you play solo againts teams or you are in a really tough position and dont have many options to move if you are careful enough and know what youre doing then campers dont really have a chance, good shots rarely camp, so if you push camper pussies youre good and likely kill them
theres also the setting, weapons, atmosphere thats really strong, if you are into that its great honestly
Parker Turner
They killed the game in 1.0. It is streamerbait now.
Nicholas Young
how?
Eli Morris
not him but they completely killed the gunplay and made it generic point and shoot as opposed to requiring actual skill. it was nice to play an FPS an not see someone bhopping into a 360 drop shot noscope but sadly because console faggots need to be pandered to, they changed it for the worse. also they started adding a bunch of cosmetics and other bullshit which completely kills the aesthetic of the game. still pissed i was rank 81 pre 1.0 and they reset my level so everybody would be on “the same playing field”
wait, what cosmetics ruin the aesthetic? I havent seen any that would be too much so far

one hour is less than a game and you are pulling shit out of your ass. You suck absolute ass. Just like any pvp game, git gud or it sucks.
Owen Kelly
it never required any skill. T. been playing since month 1
Adrian Sanchez
its just shitposter crying because old good new bad
game is BASED and u should buy my game right now
Lucas Bennett
if you got gud you would understand
Xavier Robinson
>git gud How about the games start getting good instead?
Kayden Stewart
it’s more just the trend of adding operators (post r6 siege) or legendary skins that have to be garish to garner attention that irks me. Imagine playing dark souls and seeing a dude walking around with a steampunk costume that gave him a special gesture and gold weapon, it just kind of kills the entire mood and setting (at least for me)
It's just another BR game you can chuck in the bin.
Jackson Collins
>getting molested by a br game when you were a kid lmao its ok it wont hurt u :)
Brody Jackson
>ree mangled guy has to wear a mask to hide his scars and prosthetic arm in 1895 IT DOESNT FIT bro, cringe
Andrew Hernandez
This post reeks of mad.
Carter Scott
but you literally get nothing with legendary skins but cosmetics, no gestures, skills or anything, and they dont look any more extreme than things like a giant human zombie spider monster for example
Ayden Hernandez
this but for this post
Jeremiah Harris
I think what you meant to post was ">This post reeks of mad." >crying soijak.png
Ayden Roberts
>br guess how can I tell you never played the game and dont know shit about it?
Jacob Sanders
incorrect

Atmosphere is a big part. You play, you loose, you learn. There is incertainty everywhere since the map is big ans the account of team and players aproximative. As I played, began to understand how to analyse each space I was engaged to has a tactical zone. You learn be watchfull of each sound, far and close. To wait for the good angle and patient aim since your are mostly not using accruate auto weapons. The stress of messing up your approche. The thrill of the hunt. Figth with the monsters may be disapointing, but they are more part of an ecosystem you have to learn to work with. Even avoid killing monster to use them has watchdogs. Still they create some hilarious situation when someone act in panic or impro and get trapped in a dead end. The last fun part is when you learn that money is not the end of it and you use all sort of set and tricky tactics to spice your game and playing the surprise.
But I get why it's not overly mainstream. It's long, unforgiving, sometimes even unfair. And there is no "sport competitive" focus in progresse. It's still the favorite of my group for more than a year now.
this plus in one hour youre still in babymode, you dont lose your hunter and you play againts new players got the game recently and I was a fucking beast, wiping duos left and right as a solo player, had a shitload of money and my kd was through the roof then once I got out of the beginner lobbies and the game put me in matches with players with similar stats to mine I got my ass handed to me pretty much every match, sometimes in the first few minutes
once you get to the real lobbies the game gets much more tense and tactical, if you aim for getting a bounty and extract, or running the gauntlet its much more than "kill some easy af mobs and a boss and maybe see some other players on your way out"
Ian Hill
lmao just grind with winnie until you get uppercut and then you can run and gun into everything and not give a shit because you can just spazz around doing the left right left right dance when somebody spots you and get a headshot with your pistol like it was fucking counter strike.
This is why i fucking hate kikes. The moment a kike takes over they make changes to quote on quote "make it a memorable experience for a broader audience" Fucking jews stay in your banks and ovens and fuck out of my vidya
reading this reminds me of those resume exercises we had to do in college.
Grayson Foster
that last part of your post made your argument much more credible m8

atmosphere is a big part of pve plebs thinking they are going to crouch walk all over the map eating and drinking piss in the ground to see how fresh it is to try and locate other players. Immersion plebs are holding back our PVP first game. Game needs built in discord like coms so actual discord players aren't at an advantage. inb4 just go on discord xD. It should be built in. If anyone can do it everyone should do it so its fair.
Just save that meme pretendo shit for the PvE mode
Joseph Peterson
thanks

>AD spamming in this game this is literally the only game where you can't AD spam or else you'll end up standing in place lol do you even play the game? gb2gaia
Justin Collins
You can AD spam, i am constantly doing it. Headshots are piss as fuck easy since 1.0. 90% of the kills i got i feel like i did not deserve at all. Gunslinger gives you benefits aswell. No point in using hunter other than for le pve.
Asher Ortiz
thats not AD spam you are holding them for extended periods of time. If you were truly AD spamming you would literally stand still.
AD spamming is literally what it sounds like. Pressing A and D consistently with nearly no space in between. If you are losing to what is happening when people press A for 5 seconds then D for another 5 seconds you need to get your get gud checked because it needs work if you can't hit a hunter who is moving back and forth at a snails pace my negro. And if you can then there is literally no issue luhmao.
Austin Walker
I love the game but dropped it for now. Playing on PS4 and last patch ruined the game for me, constant fucking disconnect errors or game crashes during the matches that make me lose hunters around 40 level with expensive weapons and eqipment. Played 5 games last night and four of those games were disconnects or crashes.
Bentley Williams
>playing on ps4 well theres ur problem
Carter White
>Imagine playing dark souls and seeing a dude walking around with a steampunk costume Haha, yeah, can't imagine that.
