ITT we make the worst possible game from a technical standpoint
>can only change graphic settings from a launcher outside the game >antialiasing : on/off, enabling it turns on taa >locked to 30fps, physics are tied to framerate so it all goes to shit if you exceed it >mouse acceleration and smoothing both on at all times with no way to disable them >motion blur, vignetting, film grain and chromatic aberration that can't be disabled >fov locked to 60 >alt tabbing causes the game to crash, no option to play borderless windowed >unskippable intros and cutscenes throught the game >cannot save manually, the game relies on checkpoints, game always saves before a 5 min cutscene you can't skip that precedes a very tough boss fight
>game is made by people/studio from a mayority protestant country This is a very big sign the game is a piece of shit, only exeption is the czech republic
Justin Butler

>following quests have the NPC walking slightly slower than the player's walking >when saving, game doesn't explicitly if it saved or not, so if you alt f4 right after you might corrupt your save >QTEs that define crucial storyline arcs if you fail/pass them
Nathan Lopez
There are no majority protestant countries that make video games user. Czech republic is 0.8% protestant and 10.5% catholic. Wtf are you on about?

just play any bethesda game
Kayden Fisher
Adaptative Depth of Field based on what your cursor is aiming at, that you can't disable.
I think its worse if you can change the graphics options ingame but you must restart if you change anything. and even if you just fiddle with the options but change it back to the old settings it will still restart
Also, a color filter that will only be removed if you put it on lowest graphics settings
Ryan Hughes
who the FUCK thought this was a good idea
David Price
>change brightness >you must restart the game for the settings to take effect
Kevin Ramirez
>game has inverted camera but only in the horizontal axis and you cannot change it.
paid mods no official mod support encrypted game files with no way to unpack game progression is tied to lootboxes mobile "energy" mechanic is implemented so you need to take a break or use irl currency to progress
Now imagine the same, but the npc walks slightly faster

>Turning bloom on makes everything glow; turning it off makes everything look like it's under a shadow >Zone transitions cause the game to freeze >Ragdolls clip through objects and walls >Tendency to CTD with multiple simultaneous inputs >Dialogue is too soft or too loud >Walking and running animations out of sync with actual movement
John Nguyen
>animations and physics are tied to framerate, but there is no built-in framerate cap
Andrew Reed
0.5 seconds input delay on actions, 1.5 seconds input delay on movement (basically witcher 3)
Austin Williams
>Archaic control scheme with no way of changing it
Mason Bailey
>(basically witcher 3) Not that bad in TW3, especially since the alternative movement option. It really is the case with Red Dead 2, tho.

>>can only change graphic settings from a launcher outside the game HA! YOU FUCKING PUSSY! YOU CALL THAT A CHALLENGE?
You can only change graphic settings AFTER you've seen a bunch of unskipable logos and an intro cinematic that then drops you into a MANDATORY tutorial level that DOES NOT LET YOU ACCESS THE MENU until you complete it. >inb4 no way that's a thing Split Second did it(among other games) and it was actually a breddy gud game in my opinion.
>QTEs that define crucial storyline arcs if you fail/pass them
that's Witcher 2 right there. I hate this piece of shit.
Aiden Edwards
>only outputs at 720p >animations/physics tied to framerate >locked at 30fps, sometimes struggles to maintain even that >keyboard input layout is poorly implemented and cannot be changed >mouse cursor stays on screen at all times
Carson Carter
>loading in a new sound causes the game to freeze >not just music, but also the first time you shoot or reload a new gun, or a new enemy makes a sound >this happens every gaming session, meaning that for hte first half hour the game constanly freeezes as you use your gear
Austin Rivera
>indy shit that looks like it came out in 2004 >minimum requirements : 4770k, gtx 980, 8 gb of ram, 40gb hdd space
I've never played a game with this on, holy shit this looks awful. Do devs really think players are constantly staring at the middle of the screen in a game?
Dylan Clark
>>keyboard input layout is poorly implemented and cannot be changed >>mouse cursor stays on screen at all times
>mouse pointer works like analog stick. If you move ti away from the center you will start spinning that way, and you stop by moving your mouse back to the center of the screen

>NPCs in the hub/camp/base area whose only purpose is to advertise DLC >sometimes they talk or yell at you to get your attention, when you go up to talk to them it's more DLC shilling >bonus points if it's a poorly face captured B list celebrity

That fucky bloom made the Corpus defense tiles fucking kino though, especially vs infested. Infant Warframe had a really awesome dark scifi aesthetic I hoped they could recapture with Duviri, but given how things've turned out these months, high chance the game might never be able to come out the rut this time.
I wanted it so badly, and now I might never relive it.
>options reset when you close the game Welcome to hell.
Mason Nguyen
>bring up the brightness/gamma settings screen every time you load a level >are you sure you want to use these settings? >settings require restart to take effect
Landon Hall
>get with the times
why the fuck would I? I don't look at AAA garbage """"games""" anymore nor do I buy them.
Nolan Long
>you can't change any options until you finish the intro of the game
>multiplayer has dedicated servers and lobbies >but they only show up all at once upon refreshing the server list, meaning you have to sit there for 30 seconds staring at a blank screen every time you wanna update the list >clicking on individual servers doesn't refresh that server >the servers are just p2p matchmaking lobbies
Elijah Russell
I still can't believe this became such a fucking fad for devs. How did no one look at this shit and stop and say "This kind of hurts my eyes, maybe it's not a good idea to put it literally everywhere?"
