If it makes you all feel better this leak is pretty much guaranteed false.
The only Sony centric leaker with any credibility indicated back when the Dina trailer came out that it was a misdirect meant to make you think she dies in response to a bunch of lesbians on twitter gnashing their teeth about ND killing another of Ellie's love interests.
In all likelihood the twist is Joel is who dies early and triggers her quest for revenge, and she leaves Dina to seek it.
