I'm the user from the other thread that was having an issue with being stuck in a loading screen during a castle siege, well, needless to say nothing i tried has worked. I have the dev menu mod and everything i try results in a crash or infinite loading screen, killing the parties results in a crash(Kanujan's specifically), not attacking and sending my troops out will cause a crash after we win, even having the Aserai and Khuzaits declare peace will result in a crash.

1 0 6 has solved a lot of stuttering for me

Holy shit i just fixed it, so apparently adding like 200+ troops to my party and sending them to attack resolves the issue for some reason. If any other user has this problem well there's the fix. I wonder what the fuck could even be causing this bug.

Once you get powerful enough to start taking on groups of 40-80 you will start getting an insane amount of horses.

You need to join a kingdom in order to create yours.

It tells the AI to act on their own. Transfer only works in multi-party armies.

f6 lets troop squads govern themselves, they can do a lot of cool stuff too, like skirmish instead of just charge or wait

I want light Skirmishers in the empire. I'll break the enemies shield wall with their throwing spears and have my Cataphracts and Legionaires finish it.

Not that guy but I'm pretty far into this campaign and even lords don't usually provide enough war horses when defeated. Most of the time they don't even field that much cavalry.
My supply of war horses as dried up leveling up noble cavalry units and each of those motherfucking things seem to cost upwards of 2.5k each if I can even find them in a city.

Break the shield wall as in, reducing their numbers and loosening up their formation before the charge. And shields can be broken by ranged attacks, especially thrown ones.

I've checked the dev console already. No matter how high you crank up your charm skill, it doesn't effect your persuasion chance. I haven't found a way to make it more likely to convince lords, other than the one perk I just stated, and even that just would give your successful choices give two nodes of "persuasion" when talking to them, instead of one, so you'd still fail half of the time.

Perks are exposed into the dlls. Use dnSpy to open and modify the TaleWorlds.CampaignSystem.dll file.

recruit quests are randomly generated. You're supposed to see of the quest is doable, and if not you refuse. Actually, you shouldn't even accept recruit quests at all unless you literally already have the troops he wants in your army.

speak to a lord and offer to join but select "for the right sum" dialogue option

Talk to a lord/faction leader and tell them you want to merc for them.
But beware that quitting your contract gives the same effect as leaving a faction as a vassal currently.
Everyone will hate your guts.

Being a merc gives you more targets to sell which gives decent money. It's exactly what you asked.
Unless you're a dumbfuck that thinks the actual merc payments will ever be worth while.
