according to the script the ability to appear as your avatar in mirrors and in FOB gameplay would be disabled after you watched the ending
and there would be an FMV of a cutscene collage playing over the timeline instead of boring logos.
Also theres a director note confirming that Big Boss is a mentally insane schizo who unironically percieves stripping someone's identity and making "former shells" is an act of kindness and benevolence. Those words he said in the tape were legit him trying to be selfless and thankful
