If there's an English dub available, you should wait until all of it's dubbed. I'll watch Kamen Rider because it's stupid, but if a show's not fully dubbed, then it wasn't good enough to warrant finishing with one

What was downgraded? And yeah the improvements to combos make it flow a lot better. The graphics and enemy counts are way higher too and there are destructable environments and maps that aren't boring grids.
