Thats what happens when your devs start dropping anything remotely CC, lowering trash difficulty and further enforcing the "DPS" meta. All that matters in this game is DPS and DPS alone. Getting gear for Healer and Tank is just to slightly increase your HP or Heal number back to a suitable state before once again only worrying about the max DPS output since that's all that matters in the end.
