>Fuck you Yas Forums for telling me
>It's another "retard pretends Yas Forums is one person just to have an excuse for making a thread" episode
I hate this one.
Fuck you Yas Forums for telling me the Nioh series was a "shitty weeb version of Darksouls" I've been playing this game...
>Yas Forums
How do you do fellow crossboarder?
>*tries to find a ymfah video that says where the things you need for an op build are* wtf is this random loot shit
I like ymfah's videos...
Nioh 2 is definitely more about farming and enjoying the game with minmaxing builds and a more cohesive plot whereas Soulsborne are more about just completing the game and possibly sticking around for multiplayer aspects. I never tried to get into Nioh with that same multiplayer focus, though 2 has all those group effect spells that could be fun.
Fuck off, "t" is right next to "/" it's not my fault.
One of the most common complaints I see about Nioh, even from those who like the game, is the mission system and how it should be a large, interconnected world.
I agree it would be cool but how would they even implement that with how the game handles story?
What kinda fuckin ayylmao keyboard are you using?
>game got too grindy
Then get better? This game isn't "Be X level to do Y" like yeah it'll make it minimally easier but if you wanted an easy time why did you even buy the game?
Easy, do like the other souls games and just chuck story out the window
It has way better combat and is way more challenging than Souls but Souls has better level design. Nioh is just a boss rush and the levels are filler. I actually would get excited to beat bosses and progress to new interesting areas in Dark Souls. Also the plot is fucking retarded in Nioh. I do prefer the loot system though.
Someone explain the appeal of "muh interconnected world" to me
Considering how separate each area tends to be, all it ends up meaning is you have short hallways at the start and end (and sometimes around the sides) of each zone
