Biggest danger of a pandemic is the effect it has on the fabric of society. Perception has a strong influence on societal stability. We can meme all we want about being enlightened shut-ins shitposting on a Mongolian basket-weaving picture site, but unless you're one of those survival hardcore /k/ types who stocked on years worth of MREs that would make Steve blush with joy, we're probably just as vulnerable to the ripple effect that the pandemic holds.

I work at a grocery chain and it's absolutely insane. We haven't had sanitizing wipes or hand sanitizers for weeks, and the last few days we've been selling through like 90% of the toilet paper daily. What I find ridiculous is nobody is buying canned food or medicine. You know, things you'd actually want during a full lockdown.

Nobody is going to deny that PS+ is absolute balls, I gone through years without paying for it before [st] came out but I wanted to fight people and that was that.
I guarantee you these lobbies would not exist without it
