As a guild master of an active guild the only thing that really kills the game is someone becoming a parent.
They all want to play the game, they try to clock in time to do things with the guild, raid pvp etc, but sometimes their life just becomes hard and they can't.
That really is the only thing, there is no big critical thought to be had, mine and 2 other guilds are chill boomers theres only 2 tryhard guilds on the server and were on the third biggest eu server with 50/50 split.
