That's pretty much how everyone plans to get it since there's no official english version.
Falcon is stupid enough to not give Xseed the license to it. Took too long that fans did the translation to it themselves. They were probably expecting Nisa to give them a higher bid for the license.
Now most of the fanbase will pirate it and use fan translation patch instead of buying the game.
