do third parties even make exclusives nowadays in general? the few we seem to get are mostly exclusive for 6-12 months before going to other platforms
Have you noticed how not a single third party company makes exclusives for the switch...
Mario and Sonic Olympics by Sega
yeah but their first party is better than everyone else. what was the last good third party exclusive for ps4 or xbone? bloodborne?
you just drive the point that pc+switch is best combination, assuming you like nintendo titles.
though i guess I'm biased against sony's first party.
gamefreak is a second party for nintendo and the shit they release else where is indie tier garbage, also pokemon is nintendo owned.
platinum games do not made their own games until this year meaning that bayonetta and astral chain are nintendo owned, and Wonderful 101 is also nintendo owned but look, they made a kikstarter just because they didn't want the game only on the switch.
i am talking about real third party developers, atlus, sega, capcom, konami, bandai namco, koei tecmo, compile heart, idea factory, falcom, spike chunsoft
>gamefreak is a second party for nintendo
Not really. They can make games for other consoles if they want. And have.
blood borne is not third party, from software is a second party company just like platinum games
so pokemon is a third party game? you are a clown
No, its co-owned by Nintendo. With they made in collaboration with a third party company (Gamefreak).
The Gamefreak goes off and makes its own stuff, like Tembo the Badass Elephant for PS4 and Xbone (which kinda sucked, which is a shame).
That’s not what he said at all
not at all? only few titles they've put out this and last gen were exclusive, and chromechounds was even 360 exclusive.
second party implies not being under the corporate umbrella but being pretty much bankrolled by the governing company and from is definitely not that.
same with platinum, they're just a bigshot indie that gets contracts. they develop multiplatform titles all the time as well.
