why would Nintendo make a MK9 as long as MK8 is making bank. It's the best-selling game on the Switch and keeps selling at full price.
Seems more likely that we'd get some other racing game instead, like Diddy Kong Racing or F-Zero. To scratch that racing itch without making MK8 irrelevant.
