What do we think? (see 2nd post)
Head of Larian St Petersburg talks about BG3 looking like DOS2
>more realistic
KEK
yeah those anime-like spell effects sure are realistic
>more realistic and darker than in OS2
could've fooled me
>more realistic
Realism is biggest meme in wRPG games. Nothing kills creativity like this.
There's honestly nothing wrong with BG3 getting carried by the DOS2 aesthetic and gameplay systems. The only people who care about Baldur's Gate now are late 30s early 40s and just hate change.
This board is insufferable.
> What we showed during the demonstration is only a small part of the game, and even in the locations already studied, we missed a lot. Say, if you have a low perception parameter (each character can check the perception once, which saves if the other character has a failure, - ed.), You can skip not just some hidden treasure, but whole dungeons! One of these, for example, is located in a local "peaceful" camp - you will need to work hard to find it. Here we are guided by the ideas embodied in D & D itself - you are unlikely to be able to find everything that is in the module in one session.
not again.
>hardcore old Baldur's Gate fans
Yeah thanks for fucking us in the ass and thinking we'll suck your dick.
for pointint out that this piece of shit is just a lazy, corner cutting DOS2 reskin?
Larian studios should be ashamed of themselves
