While you could look to politics for the solution/problem, but that's only a minor part of the real situation. Politics is what keeps us complacent, and domesticated. There will be a time when a mass of us understand that since all political systems are in a stranglehold, the solution lies with our own actions... Thus, the problem is that we ARE in a dystopia. The solution is to actively defy it, and create a better world. That is existential, not political. Politics is a hamster wheel to keep sub-geniuses distracted and thinking they're making any kind of difference. People make things happen. Change requires a cause and effect.

People are subconsciously divided along racial/ethnic lines. Anything else being told to you is a lie. People believing otherwise are fooling themselves because the truth isn’t pretty. In all societies, social policies shift left to try and obfuscate this fact, which gives rise to materialist ideology, which eventually destroys the ethnic/racial identity of the populace, which then destroys the society because racial/ethnic pride is needed for national pride.

I’ve come to a similar conclusion before. I do think people prefer, and mostly interact with their own race. I believe part of my nihilism stems from a lack of identity. Hence why, I posted on here. I’d like to think their is a real identity beyond the constructs of things we consume and buy.

Now just think how that will turn out if/when society begins to slightly fall apart like now. Even in good times, there's plenty of racially motivated crime. If society/government was in really bad shape, it would automatically result in a sort of 'mini-racewar'. That's just a given. Beyond that, there's a lot of possible outcomes as far as political/ideological factions competing and clashing over land/resources.
Ideally, we could depend on political solutions to resolve all of this peacefully, but the current people in power will never allow that. Just google the 'Samson Option'.

Then you need to discover your identity. You will not find it here. You will only replace the brands and products you supplant your identity with, with political rhetoric and ideology. What you need is deep introspection and a lot of reading. You don’t know who you are and no amount of “red pills” are going to change that.

That’s probably somewhat true. I do want to not remain ignorant, though. Maybe it’s pointless, but it’s frustrating to be unaware. I probably could do some digging myself, but just wanted so reccs for jumping off points and maybe some help? Thank you for the advice, though.

It’s not pointless but there is no quick and easy fix to your problem. You have already taken the hardest step that many people exactly like you never take: admitting the problem even exists. Introspection is hard but you’ve already started doing it. Therapy, essentially, is just paying another introspective person to do the introspection for you and then teach you how to do it yourself. This can be useful when starting out but eventually you will be introspective enough to not need therapy to figure things out. Always remember that you are on a journey that only ends when you end. Read as much as possible. Read things that seem to conflict with what you think/know to be true just to gain perspective on the other side. You don’t have to give up your enjoyment of media, you just need to change your perspective ON it. Study the things you enjoy. Engage with them on a deeper level. Do some amateur work in mediums you enjoy to further develop your understanding and appreciation for them. No matter what political structure is in place you are only as limited as you allow yourself to be.
