It’s pretty simple. Pay rent or gtfo. If everyone has to move out or be evicted then landlords will be making sacrifices. I’m a landlord. I’m not over leveraged. I understand the risks with any potential financial collapse. I use to rent. I understood the consequences of not being able to make rent. I’m tired of the ‘no fault of their own’ meme. You can’t control the government, a virus, the weather or anything else for that matter. But you can control your exposure. I could have leveraged myself to the gills and been a much better position to make money but I calculated my risk. Sorry kiddo, your not getting out of this easy.

Because cities are essentially architectural communism. Look around the city and you'll see almost everything is a "public good" or paid for by rich merchants and inhabited by bugmen.
