Did you know that american construction workers (not just illegal beaners) have to bring and use THEIR OWN tools and drive it to the construction side with THEIR OWN trucks even when working for some big construction company?
Americans love their big ass pick-up trucks for a reason because without them americans would not be able to work.
My last neighbors were 5 BVLLgarian (brown like classic balkan roaches) slave workers living together in a small 2 room apartment but even them had 3 sprinters standing outside like pic related from the company they were working for.

people in the west are more likely to own other things that require a truck like a boat, cottage, ATVs, dirtbikes, snowmobiles, dump trailer, etc than poor euro fags. Also the majority of trades here are self employed.

Because contractors can write everything off on their taxes. You would be a moron not to get your own supplies. You can use them on multiple jobs and familiarity with tools (as well as you actually taking care of them) makes it super easy to take on side jobs

Cars from companies are most of the time stored at home and are allowed to be used in private which means the companies pay the taxes for it so it saves lots of dolleridoos same when something breaks down the companies are responsible for it.
Of course I own my own tools. I use them at home too, not just the jobsite. My company gives us work vehicles and stocks them with the more heavier and expensive equipment. Can you go be retarded somewhere else?
