You're delusional. They're largest test was 4Mt, which is around 1,000 times more powerful than the Hiroshima bomb. Imagine that going off in a U.S. city. Now hundreds of cities. U.S. interceptor missile systems are unreliable and have been fraught with failure. We only have around a couple dozen and it would take 5 or so to take out 1 warhead due to the failure rate, and there's still a chance they'd all miss. China can't innovate and they have worse technology than us, but it's not like everything they make falls apart. They do have the capability to annihilate the U.S.
I only stated 500 from memory, and the 300 number is from outside sources. This isn't NK. We have much better intel. You're delusional.
Yes they could be wiped out, but they would wipe the U.S. out in return, and there would be a nuclear winter. If you know anything about the low success rate of the few interceptors the U.S. has, there isn't even a complete guarantee we could stop North Korea's nukes.
