Is Miami a decent place to live nowadays?

I lived in Miami for 3 years, from 2010-2013.

Absolutely not.

City is literally less than 10% "Non-Hispanic White", nobody speaks English, foreigners think they run the place, nobody has any hobbies or culture outside of ghetto rap music bullshit, nothing to do outside superficial shop/club/beach bullshit which gets stupid old really quick, it is ghetto as fuck and the ghettos there literally unironically look third world just like their spic/Caribbean inhabitants (I say this as someone born and raised in Chicago), coal burners were absolutely EVERYWHERE, people there are fucking psycho and hate each- literally every day I went outside I would witness people fighting and arguing with each other like they wanted to kill each other, no jobs and everyone is poor as fuck except a few rich NYC/Latin American tourists who owned vacation homes.

So glad I made it out of Miami. Havent looked back since. Its the closest place I would describe to a literal Luciferian, Satanic "dystopia" IRL. That place is fucking evil.

The Latin women were stupid easy to bang though as a white guy, and they are smoking hot. Thats one plus.

I'm telling you for the lulz.
Funny video. Needs more Jewish representation though.

They say Miami is a scuba divers paradise with 50 different sunken ships to explore. If this doesn't appeal to you, than nah it's a filthy shit hole.

You're going to want to go farther north than that

I went there for vacation once and desu it’s comfy af, the weird thing is though it totally depends what part your in, it’s like 3 cities in one.
Miami seemed a bit shit, high density, full of offices, traffic, sky scrapers
Miami Beach was chill, close to the sea and those canals for comfy walks, quiet beach, totally chill atmosphere.
South Beach was the party area, the area behind the coast road was chill, nice streets, not much traffic, no need for a car and decent shops/nightlife.

I would definately live there, probably more central between Miami Beach and south beach where it seemed more normal rather than ‘in your face’ like south beach was. But it’s within 10 minute walking distance if that’s what you want.
Honestly though out of everywhere I visited in America (despite what pol says) California wins hands down. The coast road drive through pebble beach down to LA was comfy af, the air was fresh, plenty of open space, nobody bothering you or selling mixtapes.

I visited three times there for vacation. It's nice for a vacation. I imagine the only "good" place to live is by the beach which is also the most expensive. Miami is a big city it's not just the beach. The city nearest Serbia that I can compare it to is Venice. Venice as people know it is the canals and Gondola but there is also the outer city part. In Miami the outer city part is utter shit from what I seen. Miami in general is a degenerate place. Lots of crime, drugs and spics. Every morning when I went to the beach there were used condoms everywhere. I still like it though there exist few places where you can get a liter mojito at the outdoor bars.

I stayed in a studio apartment there, I could very easily have lived there.

Seriously though OP, what is your net worth?

That condo in your photo, the one closest to the corner is Continuum.
Pic related is your average listing.
