desu, I don't that much about birth rates. I don't agree with people saying that you have to make lots of kids to outbreed the subhumans.
You cannot outbreed them and even if you can it's a retarded strategy. the best course of action is to remove all rapefugees and other subhumans of your country and close the border.
Under this condition you'd still have an older population which is not optimal, but it's not as terrible as people try to make it.

But I really do think you're fucked because nothing is changing within Italy. Meloni can talk about supporting people having kids but the fact is nothing has been done.
In the near future you will have hostile take overs of your towns and regions, many of your women will be taken or willing go with the enemy, deaths of despair will reign, lots of old Italian people will be as defenseless as they are useless. You just don't have the numbers to put up a fight. And if men and women can't even be trusted to breed on their own then how can they be trusted to defend themselves when the time comes and there's not enough police or army around to handle all of Italy?
It's a simple process. You're dying out really really fast and I have no clue what Italian women are doing. Italy seems like a toxic place full of toxic families and people. There's no will to live.

Out of 100 classmates, around 10 have had children so far. 2 of those 10 been coalburners, which is something I wasn't expecting. The others are generally from working class backgrounds. If this is indicative of the future, then things are not looking good is all I can say.

The median age for southern countries is fucked and the sheer amount of old is outweighing the young more so than any other countries on Earth.
Your women NEED to be having kids from 16-21. If it's just 2 kids then good. Your median age plummets to where it should be and you double your current birth rates.
And you'll never outbreed invaders anyway. But 3-4 kids all before 26 for the mother should be seen as normal... and completely abnormal and shamed for not doing so.
