Basically all of sexual reproduction is "hybrid vigor", otherwise we would just clone ourselves. Sexual reproduction implies mixing different DNA and it is better. It's better because "sometimes" the random mix produces Chad and Stacies offspring, but also horrible incel mutants, this is statistical chance. Then natural selection kills the incels and the whole species chadifies. This is why men are taller now than 200 years ago.
