James Corbett's Why Big Oil Conquered the World is one of of the best documentaries for a macro view on the subject of eugenics, the population control agenda and technocracy. I don't get why billionaires would want only 500million people though. 500million is so few. That means there is a square kilometre for each human on earth. The planet could support that many people through hunter/gathering type living.
