I think two versions escaped. The proper one that's not dealt by carries life long problems and health issues. This is the one where you can even have no symptoms and still get glass lung. It can sometimes fuck up and cause the drop deads
The other type is the Stephen king style flu of death that terrified governments when they thought both strains were the same and as contagious as type one
