All the emergency powers act things have expiry dates, I'm pretty sure the plan is to have the state of emergency powers ended at the end of level 3. But border controls will remain in place potentially at level 1. Really looking forward to going back into the world though, no chink tourists, no chink and poo 'students'.

Gonna be nice, though I know some lolberts that are already talking about leaving the country and not coming back because they don't want to deal with the taxes that are going to be needed to pay for the economic recovery. Imo fuck them, they are traitors, but I also think they're going to be in for a bit of a shock when the realize that the rest of the world is also going to probably be paying more taxes to cover this economic disaster.
