Dandelion wine is the bomb. I never get rid of them in my yard, and I'm always happy to find them in the wild.
The jew fears the backyard gardener
It doesn't take much skill to grow watermelons, parsley and thyme.
Takes a bit more skill to milk a cow or goat, and to keep cows herded. But it would be pretty easy with a general community on board.
Literally just soak and rinse in water to remove tannins. Or just grow a pair and eat it.
Maybe try growing saffron for quite a few shekels depending on your location.

I haven't left my apartment since the beginning of March 9th, I regret not having any beets and sweet potatoes. Garlic and green onions are coming back on my balcony garden though, and I need to start my thai basil seeds. Rationing, I don't have to leave till June? I brought pasta and rice when it was on sale, but iron is going to be a problem. I took the hormone pill to skip my periods since I bleed A LOT, I wasn't able to get more.
So some mornings I'm eating cornflakes with water because calcium interferes with iron absorption, I'm out of fresh milk anyways but no spoon of condensed milk to sweeten it up. Waiting an hour before I have tea because tea also interferes with iron absorption. How the fuck did we as a species not all get eaten by wolves at some point when half of us bleed once a month?
You can't grow strong children on vegetables, but you can malnourish them on vegetables.
Idiot
Are you in the city? City soil is really poisoned desu, don't plant in it
