I know there is "The Greatest Story Never Told", but it's low quality and sucks his dick a little too much. Are there any other options?

it takes a wide selection of literature to get a better view of Germany and its people at the time, your friend probably won't read through bias historical records and most docos are one eyed so I'd recommend books that are page turners written by those who experienced it

There's a great series on Bitchute called "Europa - The last battle". It's a complete 10 part series that starts at the very beginning, before WW2, and very soberly covers all of the facts and historical details throughout the whole series. If someone actually watches it with an open mind, it's very hard to refute because all of the historical facts are verifiable. Most other documentaries are much more narrowly focused. This one it broad and fills in a lot of gaps.

Euròpa the last battle and the greatest story never told get recommended here a lot. They’re ok, but it’s hard to get past the lack of production quality that comes from having to produce it it on your own dime. Also Euròpa plays a lot like a propaganda video. Uses a lot of atrocity anecdotes, and I can’t see the difference between this and what we accuse the Jews of doing (whining constantly about war time conditions etc.). Didn’t really work for me. Might for others though
