Cartels love it when you think they control Mexico. Truth is that they don't control shit and realistically they aren't going to terrorize innocent people outside the drug trade. The exodus from China is beginning with Japan allocating $2 Billion to facilitate Japanese companies bringing manufacturing back to Japan from China. They also allocated $200 Million to help Japanese companies move to any foreign country that isn't China. By the end of this crisis China will be struggling to keep western companies within its borders.

The problem with cartels is how they terrorize mid and small businesses, mostly to keep their power, once this is regulated we could achive a proper economic growth, Mexico needs as of today at least 4 times BIP so the gov could provide a lifestyle at the likes of japan.
