Trying to make this work in something as big as a country, or even just a city, has so far been horrible and a disaster. This will be done with all productive capital, making it so all the people are just workers. You don't literally eat the managers, you only kill them "in self defense", as the theory says, if they refuse to relinquish it. If they give it away when you ask, then they stay.
