90's culture was the last bastion of white pop culture.
It was dictated by Fads. Normies would change their music style every few months based on the new fad, television would it recycle it too. Then Hip hop/rap came and I distinctly remember thinking "this is so annoying, I can't wait for this fad to get replaced". It never did.
