I notice this too when I get in the habit of doing pushups and dumbbell exercises regularly.

What do you guys think of the keto diet?
Is that am improvement?
MY ANCESTORS ARE SMILING AT ME, IMPERIALS. CAN YOU SAY THE SAME?
No diet is inherently good or bad, try it and see if it works for you.
Now that I think about it, there should be something there about reading, for both sexes. What exactly to read would be a matter of debate, especially how to scale it into different levels. I do believe, however, that every educated person should know at least two languages, absolute minimum, preferably more. This one is more for those of us who live in Anglophone countries: it's unacceptable for an educated person to know only one language.
I'm not Christian, but I have to admit that there is absolutely value in having that sort of community, and in having some sort of spiritual guidance. Maybe finding a way to posit this sort of engagement in a generic or open manner might be good to improve.

Whatever religion makes you a better person serves well enough for intended purpose.
It's a good way to lose a shitload of weight. I personally have had good experiences with cyclical keto, but I don't think it's for everyone.
