Nop, the comic is smugly making fun of how when people say "I want communism" from an iphone they get mocked. I had a classmate who was like that, would get the best and newest bike, newest iphone, etc. Yet he wanted communism.
I dunno if this people don't realize that if the state owns everything... There won't be several phone brands, and they won't be all good and unique and original, it will be like the bathing suits they usedin the URSS, why would the state spend money and effor on differet iphone brands when they also have to manage water, food, electricity, internet, etc.
It feels like this people are too focused on being smug and win arguments rather than actually explore their ideas and the consequences of those, specially since they want them to affect the entire world and not just them.

The full comic is a Motte and Bailey argument. You can't really argue against the panel you posted because that's the Motte. As citizens we should improve society, and most of us do that via participation you linda can't escape that reality. However, calling someone a hypocrite for bemoaning working conditions while knowingly and voluntary contributing to that system is not the same. If one company uses sweat shops and another one doesn't and you buy the product from the sweat shop company: that's on you.
