Id say were looking at a 60% or higher rate of low skilled workers that dont meet any of their jobs requirements. These niggers cant even pick up a broom or even pretend to look productive. They slime around and complain how long their shift is taking, then complain when they get less hours - completely oblivious of the correlation between their productivity and pay out.
