Amerimutt here. I can't speak for muricans in other countries, but in the US I've worked with Latinos, Asians, Indians and Africans, here on work visas or immegrants. So far, I haven't caught one actually contribute to a project (software development). They fill a seat and keep wages low, but only white americans seem to actually contribute to the workload.

I quite like every American I've ever met. Whenever I read about them or see the shit they're doing, they seem truly fucking hopeless, but whenever I meet one in person they're usually fucking delightful.

A white person in a position where they actually have to work constantly bitches, hates their boss, takes cigarette breaks all the time, and works slow without any energy to get the job done. Lower to middle class jobs are all being filled with non whites because of this. The output you get from nonwhite workers is about 10× that of a white worker.

Northern Irish here. Catering & hospitality background with several years in banking too. Has allowed me to meet all sorts.
Worked with Americans, Chinese, Malaysians, Poos, East Timor, Italians, Poles, Czechs, Hungarians, Africans and a fuck ton more.
I liked every yank I ever met in person and some were fantastic workers with impeccable customer service. I've never met a dumb American.
Chinks were by far the worst, the most disgusting, soulless people and I have lived with two niggers. They shit on everyone else, their racist fucks.
All in all, the dudes from East Timor were the kindest, humblest, most respectful and fun loving human beings I have been fortunate to meet.

Even most blue collar workers are really stupid here and seem to lack a lot of common sense. But if you work in tech or a genuinely skill required industry most people are fairly smart and grounded. I've worked the same job at the same level in both countries and geuninely find the people I worked with in the UK to be much more interesting and intelligent.

I find it much harder to have rational and open debates with americans about politics, people tend to really take that shit personally here too, even though most don't really understand it. It's bizarre.

I have a fun story. I got hired by an American software company one time as a diversity hire? I didn't realize this until my first day and saw I was the only white male who was in the entire room of 15 people. A lot of those weird interview questions started to make sense.
It got a bit awkward after about six months because the CEO and members of the board starting asking me to sit in on their monthly meetings instead of the CTO or my direct report. Eventually I just walked out because the CTO and some other engineer decided to break 20% of our enterprises' testing coverage over the weekend because they were morons. The system they fucked with I wrote from scratch and handles millions of dollars of money.
Last I heard they lost all their customers and fired half the staff. Ooops.

the standard of engineering that i encountered was not good. I was there working for a UK company, installing machines and training the natives how to operate and fix them.
Qualified Engineers there fell very short of the standard that we would expect in a European country.
I was actually disappointed.
