There is no cheap houses where I live, also I rather rent and invest in stock than tie my money up in the house I live in which would bring me no return on my investment. Also if I were to buy now I would buy the top of the market and it would rapidly decline in value so fuck that
Why would you ever rent? Buy a cheap house you can afford, fix it up, sell...
I want to saw her head off
NZ got fucked by Billionaires buying land there. I remember back in 2004 I was working a £10 pound an hour job with a newzealand guy. He was telling me where he is from there are more sheep than people. And he could buy enough land with £40k to start a farm. Was he full of shit?
I make too much money to waste time fixing a house. That’s for Mexicans and small brains.
I can't afford to. I gotta take care of my mum.
AUTISTIC take
You can get along fine in the northeast without one. Cities and even some suburbs and small towns still have those pre-war neighborhoods where you get around easy by walking or biking. In houston or atlanta though? Yeah, youre gonna need a reliable car
Yes and this month’s attempt is anti-rent threads. As you can see, the immunity isn’t quite up to date yet
>Foundations not an easy fix.
I grew up in a house that was on jack stands. I'm 30 furlong years old and the slumlord still hasn't fixed the foundation to the house m mom used to rent. If you are willing to do the work yourself it is incredibly easy.
I was able to purchase a house with foundation problems for 15k. $150 in cinder blocks, 3 $80 house jacks and 48 hours of manual labor and I had the foundation issues sorted out. I sold the house a month later for 60k Stop falling for that kike bullshit that foundations are rocket science.
