moving to a small city after grad was one of the best decisions i made. yes pay is lower but real estate is an order of magnitude cheaper and can see stars at night.

I'm a millennial and I have an income of over £180k, yet I actually have less financial commitments than people maybe earning £60k.
I rarely drive, work from home so travel for work costs are little to nothing. I do enjoy sports cars and drive a porsche 981 Cayman S, but I bought this used and drive maybe 5k miles a year.
Own a house and a rental (which I own 80% of the property and low mortgage).
I'm 30 years old.

1 and 2 go hand in hand. We spent our 20s. Thats it, we spent it on everything we could. I did too. Im just lucky im in my 30s now and have a decent paying job. I now have a house, a wife, and kids. While im doing ok, i would have a lot less debt had i not spent so much on drugs, alcohol, and avocado on toast in the past.
