Nah boomers sold everything to china and that's why this ponzi economy is so delicate
William Johnson
Somewhat agree, I think millenials try to lump themselves in with zoomers and say they had it hard which is pretty comical, same with Gen X and separating themselves from boomers, it's all one of the same.
Boomers were able to get a job hands down no effort
Gen X was the same, you really have to be retarded to not get a good job as a Gen X
Millenials has it slightly hard, but still had lots of opportunities, only the lazy ones never made it
Zoomers are the truly fucked, zero job opportunities will be available, only minimum wage slave jobs will be what they can get regardless of education.
Colton Baker
>1) They were "bad with money" entering adulthood and continue to live above their means >2) They focused too much on "loving life" and made a ton of bad life choices (useless major, shitty job, travelling/marriage/house with no money)
These two mostly. I was raised in a lower middle class household and learned the value of luxuries like brand named foods and eating out. Going into my 30s and have solid savings for a down payment on a house despite working a relatively low wage job (I'm a construction company's driver /random shit guy). I'm eyeing the low market now, hoping to nab something at a rock bottom intetest rate and lock that shit in.
Most millennials don't even know how to cook, let alone how to cook cheaply. I've seen some friend's "budgets" and 70% or more is going to eating out or delivery. And it's so easy to ignore that shit, "it's only $20" but that's every day, when you could be spending $5 or less per meal is atrocious.
Parker Allen
Zoomers are genuine slowflake pieces of shit.
That being said, it's hard to establish blame. Cities are overcrowded. Is it their fault? They should probs head to smaller cities where life is affordable.
Noah Lewis
Pisses me off to no end people who claim "b-b-but I have no money! Pay me more! How am I supposed to live?"
Only to find out they spend $1000 a month going out to eat and drinking at bars. Like this is some sort of necessity.
Nah, bitch. Buy a fucking bag of rice and learn to fry a goddamn egg.
Nathan Smith
Who raised these shitwads? Not millenials themselves. Their parents are to blame.
Angel Fisher
I want a fucking 9 to 5 jobs but every office I interviewed for is full of women.
I work two shit jobs making 60k a year while still living at home and it's fucking miserable.

>"well, we aren't going to pay for next semester."
>"whatever I'll take out my own loans"
And now they are $18,000 in debt. Totally parents fault.
Chase Young
Blaming your parents for your poor life choices as an adult is like blaming your 4th grade teacher for you failing Algebra in High School.

agreed op. one of the poor choices is to move to an expensive city also. this prevents building up savings and encourages poor spending habits OmG sO mUCH tO Do All ThESe BaRs anD ResTaUranTs moving to a small city after grad was one of the best decisions i made. yes pay is lower but real estate is an order of magnitude cheaper and can see stars at night.
Asher Wood
18k lol more like 60k
Jason Garcia
I was talking just one semester, maybe a year...hope to christ 1 year isn't 60k
I'm a millennial and I have an income of over £180k, yet I actually have less financial commitments than people maybe earning £60k.
I rarely drive, work from home so travel for work costs are little to nothing. I do enjoy sports cars and drive a porsche 981 Cayman S, but I bought this used and drive maybe 5k miles a year.
Own a house and a rental (which I own 80% of the property and low mortgage).
I'm 30 years old.
Julian Sullivan
statistics show that this is not the case boomers were unwashed hippies
Luke Diaz
Being raised by a single mom really knocks you out of many opportunities
Bentley Cook
1 and 2 go hand in hand. We spent our 20s. Thats it, we spent it on everything we could. I did too. Im just lucky im in my 30s now and have a decent paying job. I now have a house, a wife, and kids. While im doing ok, i would have a lot less debt had i not spent so much on drugs, alcohol, and avocado on toast in the past.
Nolan Lopez

Oh boy here come the whiny Millenials to prove me wrong!
>inb4 too much college debt College isn't necessary, and neither is your Art History degree
>inb4 Boomers ruined the housing market 30 year mortgages are cheaper than rent in most places, and can easily be under $1400
>inb4 $15 Minimum Wage Haha fuck off with your job meant for teens and retirees
Open the abyss and you get those that live in the abyss.
Jeremiah Taylor
I make $8K a year living with my parents. I would work more but I have to take care of my disabled mother who can't see. So 1 doesn't apply to me, 2 kinda applies to me if choosing to take care of my ill mother is considered a bad life choice, and 3 is false, I'm not lazy.
In between work I've tried to build a profitable business but have failed each time. I turned 31 this month.
Kayden Barnes
you arent wrong
James Cruz
I get paid minimum wage for inventory accounting work that would net someone a house and a car +2 kids 20 years ago
Overpopulation and open borders has fucked the value of labor
>Generalizing an entire generation Nah boomer managers and leaders are just greedy cock sucking faggots. Brrrrrr
Carter Flores
This but unironically. The fact that boomers had it way easier than millennials did doesn't change the fact that a big chunk of millennials are lazy losers.

This nigga gets it.

its cool that aussies get married and start families when they are young, even though overall they are degenerates

almost everyone i ever met got a job with help of their dad. nothing fancy either, but it pays above min wage. those who grew up without parents sell drugs or are in jail

>Literally the only reason poor Millenials exist are for one of 3 reasons, ranked in order or likelihood: >1) They were "bad with money" entering adulthood and continue to live above their means >2) They focused too much on "loving life" and made a ton of bad life choices (useless major, shitty job, travelling/marriage/house with no money) >3) They are lazy fuckers >Seriously. There is no reason not to have a decent savings and a well-paying job in your 30s.
I disagree with OP, however... your statement about millennials not knowing how to cook and spending money on restaurants/fast food is painfully true.
In college I was the ONLY person I knew who knew how to cook.
5 years later that's still mostly true for my age group.
These people in the same sentence as saying how broke they are would also suggest going out to eat. I very briefly lived with a dude who was on food stamps and he would spend his food stamps on shit like red bull and those $7 single serving smoothies. Then spend the little bit of money he made on weed. He would have literally nothing for food, rent etc... and would have to constantly beg friends and family to keep him alive. Dumbest fuck I've ever met.
Having said all that, I'm nothing like that, and got fucked real hard. OP is bullshit
Adam Lewis
stings, doesn't it
Ethan Kelly
Surely the same logic applies even more so to previous generations, especially boomers?
Christian Johnson
4) They have no charisma. That wasn't their choice. No one will employ men without contacts and social skills. Their lives will never have any value, it doesn't matter what they studied. 5) There aren't enough jobs for everyone (massive immigration, women entering the work market...). That wasn't their choice either.
Julian Lopez
Why do people correlate Millennials with 20 year old Zoomers?
Millennials are in their late 20s-early 40s right now. Zoomers are from like 5 years old to 24 years old.
Most Zoomers are more conservative than Millennials as well. Don't lump us with those faggot ass Millennials.

You're a fucking loser.

I'm 23 and I went to a Construction Union and they hired me on the spot.
I make $23/hr with only having to pay $350 every 2 months for Union dues. I spend the rest of my free time learning to code and like my BOOMER dad says learn Spanish because the Spanish are taking over this country.
Kevin Torres
why are zoomers siding with boomers on this one? Do you seriously believe kissing their butt will gain you a neat job with zero efforts or something?
Joshua Young
As a continuation, I've noticed most Boomers I meet tell me to learn Spanish because otherwise I'll be left behind. Why do Boomers all believe this?
John Sanchez
Same boat, you’re not alone dude
Sebastian Scott
People have always been terrible with money. No generation saves properly. Only 15% of Americans have enough money for ONE YEAR of retirement.
But beyond your millennial bashing bait, the reality is that average wages have not kept up with what is considered basic life necessities in the west. Turns out importing a bunch of low IQ mongrels who will work for next to nothing and letting a billion soulless chinks do all the manufacturing isn’t good for wages.
The world population needs to be reduced to 500 million. China, Africa, and India’s population needs to be reduced to zero.
Carson Thompson
never went to college so i never got to see how ppl my age lived. but i didnt know how to cook either until i was in my 2nd year of neetdom. didnt touch chicken until like my 4th year of neetdom. we had home economics class in my HS but not everyone took it. it was only available to seniors and only a handful made the cut. i self taught out of boredom, and im glad i know how to avoid overcooking chicken and learned to make tomato sauce. so easy to fuck up rice
Christopher Brown
Lmao at your dues vs wage. Journey out bitch!
Anthony Taylor
Zoomer here I'm currently getting paid good fucking money simply because I kiss my supervisor's boomer ass. After I finish college my Aunt is retiring and asking if her boss can hook me up with a job.
GG Millennial fucks.
Kayden Hughes
Nice strawman post, OP. You are not a faggot or a paid shill
Colton Howard
everyone above the age of 60 should be dead
Justin Walker
>why do boomers believe this
Because Mexicans are flooding the country and they have been since 1965. They will be the dominant demographic soon. Boomers are right - they gave up the country to Mexicans and they saddle you with the shame of learning the language of the invaders that they let in the front door
Sebastian Rodriguez
Thanks user, here's hoping things start looking better for us soon.
Kevin Moore
Poor people are retarded, and that's why they're poor.
Nicholas Turner
>millennials had it slightly hard From my memory 1996-2010 (born in 1993) as a young millennial I recall literally every good in the economy doubling in price. I don't remember gas prices before 9/11, but post I recall $1.31 and it was $3.50ish all through high school. My whole family of four used to eat out on $20. In high school a single dish was $12-15. I can only imagine what happened with rent. This is from a flyover state, btw. The 2008 crash and billionaire bailouts absolutely fucked my generation. Congrats to the zoomers for getting to experience my reality x2. You don't know how bad you have it until it gets worse. We will definitely vote in socialism within our lifetimes. 20 years at the latest and as soon as 8.
>grew up with poor, single mom So what? You lived through it. People can start at $0 at age 18 and still get basic starting job.
>am disabled Sweet, free disability bux. Get a real job that compliments your abilities and start pulling in real money.
>was addicted to drugs How is your poor life choices ANYONE else's problem?
>can't afford rent in this city Get out of that city, faggot!
>am in too much debt from college COLLEGE ISNT NECESSARY. BAD CHOICE
Fuck off with your excuses.

It does piss me off that I have to forego my country's home language simply because our politicians are forcing immigrants into our lives.

Live and work in communities that arent spic dominated or mixed and which are wary of outsiders. I know there are some such communities like that in the south, appalchians (sp) and midwest and washington state. But prepare to not have the life you thought you’d have and to be adrift from the mainstream

Feels bad, but not an excuse. Blind people can still take care of themselves.
If mom can't care for herself to the point you have to sacrifice your own life, then that's wrong. She needs to use her Medicaid/Disability money to move to an assisted living home and let her kid move on with life.
Jose Rodriguez

you can't wish your way out of the macroeconomy. millenials started their working careers during the 2008 crash, and the obama era fixes were just to freeze the economy in aspic and pump money into it. so there were no opportunities to explot per se if you weren't already in an established position and the people who'd shepherded the economy into the toilet all kept their jobs and now had an unassailable advantage. rather that force some boomers to eat it for their bad decisions, it was decided to collectively punish millenials for the crisis. 2008 was paid for but with wages and assets that millenials never even had a chance to acquire
dont worry. there wont be any jobs in the u.s. 20 years from now to compete for. once robots destroy all retail mexicans will bumrush engineering, trade and finance. once they fuck that up itll be outsourced. then the u.s. will have a bangledash type of economy where people make meager livings farming and selling snacks by the road
Joshua Long
Shut the fuck up you are part of the early zoomers (pre-2000's). You are ahit you are the worst of millenials and worst of zoomers you fucking tide pod eating vine faggot. you're only a zoomer because boomers are fucking stupid and added pre 2000's into the group. you are a discount millenial
Eli Jackson
Surely spics will just demand larger and larger handouts and turn to petty crime rather than rushing into the engineering field
Aaron Lewis
If the game is rigged, why play? If the pay is shit for the work involved, if college is ridiculously inflated, if the company culture is pozzed why join? Sure laziness is a thing, but some laziness is actually rational disillusionment in disguise. Just look what tinder has done to the sexual market. A record high amount of sexless men despite casual sex being easier than ever before to obtain. We're just monkeys. youtube.com/watch?v=-KSryJXDpZo
John Sullivan
>Their parents were even lazier and could make enough money for a house mortgage working part time at burger king. Exactly. My parents are an engineer and a secretary. The people living in the house next to them, purchased at the same time, are a school janitor and a bank teller. In 1980, it was considered normal for a janitor and a bank teller born in a foreign country to buy a 3 bedroom house with a detached garage in Canada.
Asher Hill
I can respect your view, but I'm going to disagree on letting her live in assisted living. I'll just continue to carry her on until one of my businesses succeed then.
