When I was in school the apt I lived in was horrible but I realize now that it was kept just in shape - everything was working and in decent repair. Eventually you have to realize many people, despite not being of african american heritage, cannot and will not act beyond their capacity, which is that of niggers. My sister broke her finger once and besides the medical costs, she got like 1.2k€ payed out to her from the insurance.

Our landlord checks every three months to make sure we are maintaining it appropriately if anything is broken it's up to him to get sorted, it took 9 months to get our driveway redone, it's almost like every landlord is different.
