>The Law
v1 (rejected): nazr.in/1dln
v2 (rejected): nazr.in/1dlo
v3 (Senate Passed. House vote Friday): politico.com/f/?id=00000171-1429-d270-a773-777f92a00000

>How much? (v3)
$1200 per adult, $500 per child.
Amount will decrease for a person earning over 75k in adjusted gross income.
crsreports.congress.gov/product/pdf/IN/IN11268 (v2)

>How will I be paid? (v3)
It will automatically be calculated from your 2019 (or 2018) filing.
Direct deposit info from a 2019 or 2018 refund will be used, otherwise a physical check to the last known address.
The IRS will send a letter confirming the payment.

>When will I be paid? (v3)
The bill is not yet law.
It instructs the Treasury to act "as rapidly as possible."
Treasury Secretary Mnuchin said he expects it to be within 3 weeks.
No new payments after 2020.

>How do I qualify? (v3)
1. Have a Social Security Number. (or Adoption tax ID) AND
2. You are not claimed as a dependent. AND
3. File your federal income tax. Your payment will be based on your 2019 filing, if there isn't one your 2018 filing will be used. (Look below for more)

>Can I still file for 2019?
YES.
Even if you are not required to file, you may need to file to qualify for the program. You can file with little or even 0 income.
irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free
Some e-file programs may not allow you to submit 0 income forms. If necessary you can submit by mail.

>>Do I qualify 3. expanded
The IRS can only pull the info for calculation and payment from one of 4 forms.
2019 federal income tax filing
2018 federal income tax filing
2019 SSA-1099
2019 RRB-1099

If you have more than one of those forms, the top-most one will be used for the process.
If you do not have any of those forms, then you will not be processed. You can still file for 2019.

Do not lie on your forms.

my federal was completed in 8 days

Do I get any if my parents claimed me as a dependent and I’m not under 17 (which I think is what they define as a “child” for this based on what I read)?

What if i don't want it. Totally fuck up my normal taxes.

is it fraud if my parents don't claim me as a dependent relative even though I live with them and have no income?
I assume not, but I want to be sure

If you are claimed as a dependent you are not eligible yourself. Whether you count as a qualified child for their payment is determined by the definition of qualified child.

As I see it in the bill the Child Tax Credit definition is used that is under 17 crsreports.congress.gov/product/pdf/R/R41873
But some have said the Earned Income Credit definition is used that is under 19 (24 if student) I can't say I know enough about both situations to overrule them.

Illogical. There are only 3 situations. That all benefit you.
The new payment is more than you should receive according to 2020. You do not have to pay that back.
The new payment is less than you should receive according to 2020. You can claim the difference.
The new payment is exactly what you should receive according to 2020. You have just teleported money through time with no interest.

Logical, my wife will spend it and I'll have to work extra to pay it off.

Here are the general rules around dependents irs.gov/publications/p501#en_US_2019_publink1000196863
It is fraud if they claim you as dependent but you do not meet the qualifiers.

i just wanna know if they are gonna want it back next tax season.

Do I still get an additional $600 with my unemployment? Currently getting the max of 362 and it's absolutely garbage.

crsreports.congress.gov/product/pdf/IN/IN11247
See I haven't looked at the other sections. If the general description you used was true, then it continues to be true. They did not pass the amendment to cap the unemployment payment at 100% of wage.

Yes

thx

So i only receive SSI and because of that i don't get a SSA-1099 form in the mail. Does that mean no NEETbux for me?

Don't you just have to file this years tax return?

You must file.

When exactly do ky trump bux arrive? I dont want to wait till may

Read the opening.

Hey stupid, you are eligible even if you don't file

3 fucking weeks are these assholes srs?

So how does this work with people who are on VA disability solely, and tax filings are essentially "Lol literally nothing?"

VA disability income is considered 0 by IRS standards, and that literally everything I live off of. Is it something that is considered under the VA or the IRS?

You are the biggest IRS shill I've ever seen. Your misinformation is going to get a lot of $0 income neets audited. Fuck off.

I have to imagine the reason Mnuchin said 3 weeks is because that is the standard time to get a tax rebate under normal circumstances. And that he did not want to say a date they might not be able do. If they actually try and speed things up "as rapidly as possible", I'd expect it to be sooner.

So its 1200 dor anyone who makes undrr 75k or is there a lower limit you have to reach?
Cause before they said very low earners get less than 1200.

Retarded question here: Wouldn't all of this make prices rise?

Read the opening.
The minimum was removed after v1.

So many unanswered questions. So low income people who make little to no income, too little to file taxes are eligible for a check. If you make zero, or too little, or never even filed taxes before, how are they getting a check? Is the IRS/treasury going to contact people through the state? What about people on food stamps? People on SSI are eligible and they dont pay taxes or havent in a while, do they have to file taxes? People on SSI get mail regularly from SS, so do people on food stamps. If someone is on food stamps, they don't pay taxes, so do they need to file taxes even though the government has their address? Will they send out questionnaires to households for people to fill out and send in? Are people just supposed to file 8822 forms or write hand written letters to the IRS if they arent in their system?

There is no such thing as earning too little to file.

Reminder to wageoids:
$1200 of YOUR money will be going into my empty NEET account, and there is absolutely NOTHING you can do about it.
And it WILL be spent on switch & steam games, weed, cute figs, toys to put in my butt, HRT girl pills, and cute clothes for me to crossdress in and take pics of for my discord friends.
Cope.

This is pretty sweet since I already filed my taxes. Kinda pointless for those trying to feed kids and pay utilities. Oh well, enjoy fake money.

Yes there is, google it. If you make zero dollars then you don't have to file. You also dont have to file taxes if you don't make very much money

fucking based

Not being required to file is not the same as being barred from filing.

Ah you must have filed for disability

POST YFW YOUR TRUMPBUXXX(tm) CHECK COMES IN THE MAIL.

JFL AT YOU PATHETIC INCELS COMPLAINING ABOUT MUH SOCIALIST CONDITIONING.

Ever put an Optimus Prime in your butt?

said first one was supposed to drop on the 6th and the second one on the 15th of may

I filed my 2019 return today with FreeTaxUSA. Incredibly I owed exactly zilch and would get back exactly Zilch. I got concerned toward the end when they asked if I had filed last year. I had not, because I calculated my refund would have been only $14.00 and I'm a lazy bastard.

They said in this case to claim you're last year's AGI as zero. After much deliberation I said fuck it and did. In a little less than an hour I got an Email saying the IRS had accepted my return.

I don't know what the case would have been if I had owed them, someone smarter than me can answer that question, but FreeTaxUsa is alright with me.

Never said anything about being barred.

Exactly what I did, user. We're gonna make it.

>Not monthly
I Knew it was all bs all along.

Multiple payments was never written into any bill.

Is it still possible to remove my dependent status or is it too late? I thought just doing my own taxes would remove it

No you don't understand.
Veterans who do not (can not) work, don't file taxes, they are literally Tax exempt. It would actually cost us money to file taxes, when we even e-file, we are told its not really worth the effort because 0 in 0 out. What happens in that situation? I do not have anything to report whatsoever, and no filing service will offer their services for a tax position such as mine.

ok, so youre not out of work anyways, the flu didnt affect you. you just keep getting what you always get

The IRS gives no fucks if they owe you. They secretly love it when you don't file...and make you feel like a bad person when they done give a shit.

I’m liking where this is going. Post pics of the butt plug.

>Exactly what I did, user. We're gonna make it.
As long as my check doesn't get misdirected to Julio down the street, or yours doesn't get sent to Shaniqua by mistake.

Do I get money for kids born in 2020

So this is just a stimulus check for people who already work, and likewise pay taxes? This isn't NEET payout at all, this is just money help to people who have low income jobs.

OP is autistic

Wrong. Don't listen to retard OP.

This bill isnt even passed yet, it still has the House to go through. They arent too clear on how they're gonna dole it out, there are a lot of people who dont make enough to even bother filing taxes, then you have people on food stamps that are eligible, but going by these threads, people on food stamps will have to file taxes? That makes no sense as the government has their address... Its best to wait on official word than start taking advice from people on a cantonese beanie baby forum

Only if you sell them for food.

You are making a choice to not file. Your reasoning for not doing so is poor.
If you were marked wrongly as dependent they can issue a correction. Whether that would process in time is unknowable.
No, but you can claim the difference in 2020.

Its not that I'm making the choice not to file, I literally have no option to file you big silly.

Okay OP, where does it say that dependents won't get money? Do you think democrats will ever let that pass? No! Us NEETs WILL GET THAT TRUMPBUX even if that means illegals will get it too.

>2019 tax return used in v3
Is this confirmed?
I didn't file jointly in 2018, did in 2019

i need to know more about this please
what do you mean audited? how and why would they audit neets? whats that process like?

what happens if you put zero as income?

If you can post on a Malaysian Pog discussion forum you can file. Your either lazy, or stupid or both.

Retard

There is no service that is going to file my claim if what I make is 0$ and what will return will be 0% I've filed with literally 3 sites so far, and most will not e-file my form.

Don't file taxes if you don't make income

The order used is defined.
The difference in the chance of being investigated between truthfully not filing and truthfully filing is unknowable. But you gain knowable protection by truthfully filing, the IRS has only 7 years to investigate that year. You place yourself in a worse position by not filing, regardless of this bill.

Just say you made 5 bucks washing dishes for your mom lol

Just got to an IRS office. There everywhere. Slap down your SS number and an address

Why only focusing the cash provided and not the nefarious shit hidden in the bill? Bucks will be had, but that is boring, let us dig into the evil shit they are trying to fry into this!

I don't know about everywhere in the US, but locally near me for poor people, disabled people, social securitized people, tax services are offered for free to help you figure out what you can and should do. You might look into services offered in your area and consult.
