My advice to anybody infected, let the fever do its job. Unless it goes to 103, let your fever spike. If you take tylenol or ibuprofen you are handing yourself a death sentence.
Mine was pretty mild, was stuck in bed for a week with a fever but it was a nothingburger compared to when I got H1N1 back in the 80's. That one fucked me up.
