There is no concrete bill in place yet.
Some people are proposing reliefs bills where every adult in the US would get $4,000 if they make under $100,000 per year, and every child would get $2,000. Even if you made over $100,000 you'd get $2,000.
Others are proposing $1,000 a week. Some Republicans are pushing a $1,000 one time check, with the possibility of another if things don't get better within a month. Some Dems wanted just $250.
There is a lot being thrown around right now. $1,000-$4,000 is the range we're looking at for what will actually pass. Weekly payments are unlikely because issuing multiple checks has higher overhead. Trump himself said he wanted to go bigger than some figures people were talking about AKA Romney supporting $1,000 a month.
Trump mentioned paying American workers, but some stuff being drafted right now is so open ended it would give everyone a check even if unemployed.
