1 is the absolute minimum. I rationed for 2 rolls per day per person. You never know you're going to feel like a taco night, or plan on having a handful of Doritos and next thing you know the family sized bag is gone. Sometimes I wonder if I should have rationed for 3. I plan to cook 5-8 meals per day while my family is quarantined. Usually I only cook 4 meals, but they will be bored and hungry.
