I need to spend less than $2 on food per day on the next week

Eat your own Shit.. still has unprocessed carbs and proteins

Eggs in the morning
Rice and beans for lunch
Pasta and sauce for dinner

Or replace the last two with chicken and rice.

Sausages are cheap as well.
So are potatoes and carrots.
And peanuts.

If you count out the perfect fda macros for protein and carbs and fat and 2000 calories/and only live off of

Don't be a bitch, you could go without food for the whole week and survive.
Canned soups, ramen, eggs. Easy.

Best kept secret here is going to the Salvation Army. They glean all the stuff donated by stores who would toss it otherwise, perfectly good. No questions asked about income or anything. Example meal I made from there $27 Fillet Mignon with fresh organic shiitake mushrooms.

I eat like a fucking king - much of what they save is top shelf organic I could never afford in the first place.

Coronavirus preps? I have packed my freezer solid with 100s worth of prime meat cuts from there and am looking at buying another dedicated freezer.

Now that's a church I can get behind.

Rice, cheap meat, potatoes. Assuming you already own spices it won't be so bad

still it's a big fucking problem what the subhuman shitholes like china and india are dumping into the ocean
I hope we nuke them off the face of the earth soon, before oceans turns to plastic

You can get a kilo of bacon offcuts here for $2. It's good bacon, just irregular cuts.

OATS!

>falling for the 3mealjew

Just eat a good breakfast(1 egg, one slice of ham/winnie/quarter of potato)and eat between your normal meal and dinner, somewhere around 5 to 7pm. Rice and tuna. Drink water.
