Buy eggs, potatoes and rice.

I had a phase in my life like that (early childhood). My mom cooked for 6 people in the family with about 1.50€ or rather 0.75 cents German Mark per person. 2 adults and 4 children. Get a lot of green vegetables (whatever you can grow yourself is best, the rest buy cheaply), potatoes, eggs, rice, noodles and grow a lot of spices. They make every meal about a thousand times better if you just season right.

>scoop of butter
I would expect this from the mutt not the leaf.

Ask your wife's bvll if he will donate some protein for you.

When I was in this situation years ago I went and bought a fresh baguette everyday for $1.50 and it was about 1,600 calories. Definitely enough to get by on for a while.

Starve yourself for 3 of those days, then you have $3.50 for each of the remaining 4.

Spinach is far better than oranges.

you live in fucking Hungary. It shouldn't be hard

Listen to Wendy.

All the good spots are already taken by the beggar mafia. If you try to beg for money without a license they'll break your legs.

butter is just dairy. it's been a part of our diet for a long time. Kill yourself lactose intolerant chink.

Maybe it's maple butter.

So are potatoes and carrots.
And peanuts.

If you count out the perfect fda macros for protein and carbs and fat and 2000 calories/and only live off of

Don't be a bitch, you could go without food for the whole week and survive.
Canned soups, ramen, eggs. Easy.

Best kept secret here is going to the Salvation Army. They glean all the stuff donated by stores who would toss it otherwise, perfectly good. No questions asked about income or anything. Example meal I made from there $27 Fillet Mignon with fresh organic shiitake mushrooms.

I eat like a fucking king - much of what they save is top shelf organic I could never afford in the first place.

Coronavirus preps? I have packed my freezer solid with 100s worth of prime meat cuts from there and am looking at buying another dedicated freezer.

Now that's a church I can get behind.

Rice, cheap meat, potatoes. Assuming you already own spices it won't be so bad

still it's a big fucking problem what the subhuman shitholes like china and india are dumping into the ocean
I hope we nuke them off the face of the earth soon, before oceans turns to plastic

You can get a kilo of bacon offcuts here for $2. It's good bacon, just irregular cuts.

OATS!

>falling for the 3mealjew

Just eat a good breakfast(1 egg, one slice of ham/winnie/quarter of potato)and eat between your normal meal and dinner, somewhere around 5 to 7pm. Rice and tuna. Drink water.

Whoops didn't see flag nvm

Aye, such a situation would be a great opportunity for OMAD (One Meal a Day).

Nobody tell user about the food bank.

Mercury bioaccumulates. Lower trophic order fish are fine.

You can fast for a day or two and then feast like a king for $4-6 the next day.

Adding to that: bake your own bread. Wheat, water and salt go a long way. The people telling you to buy bread for 1.50$ are retards. Make it yourself and it's a lot cheaper.

Butterbrod.

Shoot a deer or catch fish

Based. Didn't know it was exported.

sleep during the day or longer to conserve energy

>less than $2 on food per day on the next week.
>buys deenz at $2/can and almonds at like $0.50/handful

I've always wanted to try, the thing I worry about is making a mess in the kitchen
